We are looking at a GREAT weekend to jump. Practice will begin at 9am and go until noon. Meet fees are due for the Waldorf meet. Check this meet info link

The Unique Classic cost is $45 for first event and $5 for each additional event. Most of you are competing in just Trampoline and DMT this meet.

We also want to register for the Prestons meet. this meet will be $65 for one event and $10 for additional events. This fee includes a meet t-shirt. We are already beyond the registration deadline so the $65 includes the late fee. Here is the link for that meet info.

Make all checks out to Pro-Action Sports. I will submit one check from the team. If you can bring meet fees this weekend I can get registrations in right away.  Some of you need to be in both of these meets if you want to try to Qualify for the National Championships. You will have 2 chances to do that but you must have competed in 2 meets throughout the season to do so. These are the last 2 meets left before the State Championships.

Remember to bring your $21 for Practice fees this weekend.

Hello Everyone,

I hate to do this again. I have to cancel practice this weekend. My whole family is recovering from Stomach flu. I had it bad Wednesday with a 103 fever. Sabrina got sick today. Aiden had it last friday and Cilly got it last Sunday. Hopefully this has run its course.

We will be diving this Sunday morning for those of you who have make-up days but it will be at MAC NOT IN GERMANTOWN. I will try to contact everyone in the coming days to figure a strategy for getting ready for the upcoming meets.

Hello Everyone,

FCPS will not allow us to compete  at the Rad Land Diving Invitational due to the snow emergency that is in effect for Frederick County. Sorry guys. I tried to get us a meet outside of the county. Maybe next year.

We haven’t heard about when the FCPS Diving County Championships will be rescheduled yet. I’ll let everyone know as soon as I find out.

No trampoline practice this morning. I am hosting the first FCPS High School Diving Invitational meet today. Next Saturday is the trampoline meet in Waldorf. I will try to get trampoline practice time next Friday night. Have a good Weekend. If you would like to come see the County Divers COmpete today. The meet begins at 2pm. Warm-ups start at 1pm.

FINALLY WE CAN JUMP!!!  The weather looks good today with temps getting up around 50 this morning. Wear layers since it will still be chilly early on. I’ll see Trampoline team at 9am and H.S. Divers at Noon.

No practice today. We were also unable to get Gym time in Martinsburg. I’ll hopefully see you next weekend. We will decide at the next practice who will be ready to compete in the meet Jan. 17. We only have 2 weeks to get ready for the Martinsburg Trampoline meet. If you aren’t ready then you will not compete in this meet. I know it’s difficult without the practices we have missed due to weather but this is beyond anyones control. We need a gym of our own.

Happy New Year!!!

NO WAY ARE WE JUMPING OUTSIDE TODAY! I looked at the weather online and see the forecast to be a high of 29 degrees with 25mph wind dropping wind chill to 15 degrees. We don’t need to be that cold and you don’t need to run the chance of getting hurt. I will see if we can get some time in Martinsburg sometime Saturday evening. Send me a text message when you read this and let me know if you would be interested in going. It will most likely be around 7pm but I need to see what is going on there. This is open to  both Pro-Action Team members as well as High School Divers. I will post times if we can go by noon today so check this blog again. If no-one is interested in jumping saturday night then I won’t worry about checking for time.

No practice today ( Saturday Dec 26th.)due to rain forecast.

Anyone interested in the Dry-Land Training camp Tuesday from 10am until 2pm in Frederick and Wednesday from 11am until 1pm in Martinsburg WV should contact me ASAP. The cost of the 2 day camp in $70. If you want only the Tuesday camp the cost will be $50.

High School Diving practices this week will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7pm at Middletown High.

Germantown practices will run as usual Monday and Wednesday from 8pm until 10pm. Sunday Morning 8am until 10am will also be as usual.

I hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday. Now lets get ready for the second half of our season.
